Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority has started the survey process to create the real face of Central government’s most ambitious “Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana’ for providing affordable housing for all by 2022 which will be completed until 13th June.
According to the officials, MHADA has invited the general public to fill online applications from the official website of MHADA to provide affordable housing for all in Mumbai. As per the details, MHADA is already working on survey process in that areas which are in the range of Mahanagar and it is trying to prepare a good design to provide affordable housing for all as soon as.
Mhada said that the affordable houses will be constructed in Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, Dombivali, Bhivandi-Nizampur, Meera Bhaidar, Vasai-Virar, Ulhasnagar, Navi Mumbai including Panvel Karjat, Khopoli, Badlapur, and Ambarnath.
For apply ‘Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana’ the applicant annual income should be less than 3 Lakh and along with this, the applicants should not have any house in Mumbai. In the scheme, the house of 300 square feet will be available at Rs. 10 Lakh.
