Bareilly Development Authority (BDA) has launched new housing scheme for affordable houses. The details of the scheme like how to apply, important dates,applications fee, eligibility, registration and draw details are given below.
The new housing scheme is launched under the name Lohia Greens and will be offering flats for the category Ganga Apartments and Yamuna Apartments. The Ganga Apartments will be offering flats of 2BHK+ 2 Toilets+ 1 Store and a total of 321 flats. And Yamuna Apartments will be offering flats of BHK + 1 Toilet +1 WC and a total of 126 flats.
Interested candidate can apply for the said housing scheme from 2nd febuary 2015 to 28th February 2015. According to the official news released the registration amount to be paid with the application form for Ganga Apartment flat is Rs 2,40,000/- and for Yamuna Apartment is Rs 1,82,000/-
Successful candidates have to submit Rs 3,60,000/- at the time of allotment for Ganga Apartment flat, the rest of the amount is to be paid in 12 quarterly installments over the period of 3 years including interest. For Yamuna Apartment successful candidate must submit Rs 2,75,000/- at the time of allotment

Interested candidate can obtain the registration form from the official site www.bdainfo.org or can apply through offline mode by buying registration form from any of the given banks below. Application fee is Rs. 500/-
