DDA Housing Scheme 2017 to Roll Out in Mid-June – Draft Brochure Ready

DDA (Delhi Development Authority) has made the draft brochure for its new housing scheme named ‘DDA Housing Scheme 2017’. This scheme is expected to be launched in mid-June. Lt. Governor Anil Baijal has approved the proposal of the urban body. According to the information, the draft of the brochure of DDA flat scheme 2017 is ready and after confirming the launch date, the registrations will be rolled out.

DDA New Housing Scheme 2017

Under the DDA New Housing Scheme 2017, more than 13000 flats will be offered in the various locations of Delhi which includes Sukhdev Vihar, Sarita Vihar, Dwarka, Pitampura, Dilshad Garden, Narela, Rohini, Jahangirpuri, Loknayakpuram, Jasola, Paschim Vihar, Bindapur and Mukherjee Nagar.

After its finalization, the online booking and registration of flats in DDA’s new housing scheme 2017 is expected to start in mid-June.

Penalty on Returning of DDA Flats

This time, if the allottee returns the DDA flat then he would be charged the penalty in the range of 25% to 100% of their registration amount.

An Official informed that proof of draft of the brochure is being read and it will be prepared soon.
