DDA Housing Scheme 2018 – The Delhi Development Authority is planning to offer about 20,000 residential flats in its next housing scheme i.e. DDA Housing Scheme 2018 that which is going to be launched around June 2018 throughout all income categories. However, the price of these residential flats has not been decided yet.

The location of these residential flats will be Narela, Dwarka, Rohini, Vasant Kunj, Jasola among others. According to the sources, all the eligible applicants of the Capital Delhi will also be able to avail the benefits of interest subsidy of Rs 1.40 lakh to Rs.2.67 lakh under the Central Government’s ambitious Credit-Linked Subsidy component of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). The central government has extended the Credit-Linked Subsidy Scheme for 15 more months beyond December this year.
On 30 June 2017, the Delhi Development Authority had launched its DDA Housing Scheme 2017 under which the authority had offered 12,000 flats, ranging from Rs 7 lakh to over Rs 1.26 crore. The authority had encouraged this year’s offer by removing the five year lock-in period for resale besides retaining the prices at the 2014 levels.

Under the Delhi Development Authority’s housing scheme 2017, the authority had received over 46,000 applications. The authority will conduct the lottery draw result for the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 by the end of November 2017.
The Delhi Development Authority had offered 12,000 residential flats throughout four income categories in Rohini, Dwarka, Narela, Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Pitampura, Paschim Vihar and Siraspur. Under this scheme, out of the total number of residential flats, about 11,000 flats include were those that were surrendered after the 2014 draw while around 2,000 have been lying vacant.
