DDA New Housing Scheme 2016 May Launch in First Week of January 2017
Good news for the Delhi home seekers, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) new housing scheme 2016 may launch in the first week of January 2017. After the approval about 13,000 flats will be offered for allotment.
A meeting was chaired by the Lt Governor Najeeb Jung on Friday and the scheme was approved. Due to the currency ban the scheme is expected to be launched in the first week of January.
DDA Chief Commissioner of Housing and land disposal plan Jai Prakash Agarwal said that HIG, MIG, LIG, Janta Flat and EHS are included. DDA flats prices have not changed. Now the people will be able to apply for the scheme through the both online and offline.

Five Years Not Sell Condition Removed:
DDA housing scheme for five years in the house that can not sell the condition is removed. Also for LIG and MIG subtracting the amount of the deposit from 1 lakh to 2 lakh respectively. First, the amount was 1.5 lakh and 5 lakh. Applicants will be allowed to choose up to seven places.
Location of Flats:
Sarita Vihar, Jasola, Dwarka, Pitampura, Sukhdev Vihar, Narela, Rohini, Jahangir, Loknaikpurm, Dilshad Garden, Paschim Vihar, Bindapur, etc. are located in Mukherjee Nagar.
If an applicant withdraws its application before the draw of lots, then the entire amount will be returned without interest. But another hand after allotment on an applicant allocated the entire amount of the registration fee will be forfeited. According to the DDA, this condition has been included to attract true buyers.
