DDA New Terms & Conditions for New Housing Scheme 2016

In order to make successful DDA New Housing Scheme 2016, Delhi Development Authority is preparing to set some new terms & conditions. After the draw of DDA Housing Scheme 2014, a considerable number of people had surrendered flats due to the different problems.

An official of DDA said that it is not like that any participant of the scheme can not be out of it. If he wants to be out of the scheme after depositing the money, he will be given the option to do so. But this option will have a date prior to the draw.

DDA before the official draw all sorts of people will be given information about flats. Anyone taking part in the draw by visiting spots could see the flat. When he voluntarily applied to form flat and flat out if he will surrender penalty that may be imposed. The previous scheme draws out flat like this time will not be sold for five years. As before there will be a five-year lock-in period.

The authorities hope that the meeting in October, the scheme will be flagged. If that happens around Diwali draws can be made for it. The scheme will be online form filling process with all of the draws. The scheme will be kept around 12,000 flats. Of these, 10,000 such flats which were surrendered in 2014 Housing Scheme. The Rohini, Narela, Dwarka, Jasola and such places are Vasant Kunj. Most were surrendered flats in Rohini .
