Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has launched it’s GDA New Housing Scheme 2018. This time, the authority invites the applications for the allotment of residential flats under different housing schemes named Madhuban-Bapudham, Koshambi and Sanjaypuri (Modinagar). The registration process of the scheme will start from 12 Feb 2018. GDA New Housing Scheme 2018 Flat Details:
Under this scheme, the authority is offering total 1043 residential housing units under Madhuban-Bapudham, Koshambi and Sanjaypuri (Modinagar) Awasiya Yojana. According to the scheme, these residential flats are available in different sizes and type of EWS, LIG, Mini MIG, Single Room House, 2BHK and 3BHK Type A-B.
The applications will be offered through the offline mode from 12 Feb 2018 and the last date of the scheme is 12 March 2018. The application form will available for purchase at authorized bank branches.
How to Apply for GDA Madhuban-Bapudham, Koshambi and Sanjaypuri (Modinagar) New Housing Scheme 2018
- All the interested applicants of the scheme can purchase the application with complete details on payment of Rs. 300/- for EWS, Mini MIG, LIG and Rs. 1100/- for Apartment Houses.
- The application form will available for purchase from authorized banks branches. The completely filled application form to be submitted to the same bank branches with registration amount. The list of bank branches is given below.
