Housing Board Haryana (HBH) has come up with a new housing scheme 2016 for the allotment of 158 residential flats. The new housing scheme specially launched for J.C.O and Equal Rank, Force and Paramilitary Forces, Retired/Former defense employees and for their widow and orphan children. The scheme is located at Panchkula Sector-31.
In this HBH New Housing Scheme 2016, the authority has offered total 158 residential flats at Panchkula Sector-31. These flats are available in two categories Type-I and Type-II. About 111 flats are available in Type-II and remaining 57 flats are available in Type-I categories.
According to the scheme, these flats are available in the size of 645 square feet to 720 square feet. The estimates cost of flat is between Rs. 23.70 Lakh to Rs. 26.80 Lakh. The scheme will be opened for registration from 01 November 2016.

The interested applicants can purchase the application form from the authorized bank branches on payment of Rs. 100/- ( Non-Refundable) and main office of Panchkula or Panchkula, Karnal, Rohtak, Faridabad and Gurgaon Board Office.
