Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has launched HUDA Ashiana New Housing Scheme 2017 for the allotment of 264 multi-storey flats in Sector-14 Part-2 Karnal. The new housing scheme is especially launched for those people who are living in the slum areas. The registration process of the scheme has been started from 12 January 2017.
Complete Detail of Flats Offered for Allotment:
Under HUDA Ashiana New Housing Scheme 2017, the authority is offering only 264 flats for slum people living in Sector-14 Part-2 Karnal. According to the scheme, the cost of a single dwelling unit is Rs. 6,33,203/-.
Complete Procedure for Apply:
- The interested applicants can be obtained the application form along with information booklet from the office of Office of Property Officer, HUDA Sector-12, Karnal.
- Dully filled application form to be submitted at the same place along with processing fees of Rs. 100/- and registration amount of Rs. 9600/- for general public and Rs. 8000/- for SC/CT/OBC and handicap.
- The application form would be received along with demand draft of registration amount in favor of Property Officer, HUDA Karnal.
- The remaining amount will be deposited in 20 years with 7 % interest. The scheme is also providing an option to monthly rent. In this scheme, the applicants who are not able to pay the EMI of property cost. In this case, they can pay Rs. 500/- as the monthly rental.
Note: The allotment of these flats will be done through the lottery system.
