Finally, Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has decided to launch its four new housing schemes in Jaipur. It is expected that the authority will invite the applications for these schemes very soon. However, the basic requirements were already approved such as the renovation of roads, sewerage lines, and electrification.
According to the information, about a total of 1250 plots were created under the housing scheme, In which 496 plots of 42 sq. m to 120 sq. m will be created in Gajadharpura’s Gajadhar Nagar village. While 300 plots will be created under Dharam Vihar Housing Scheme in tehsil Jaipur. These residential plots will be available in the size of 92 sq. m to 162 sq. m.
However, 269 plots were created Kesar Vihar Housing Scheme in Sanganer Tehsil. The size of these plots will be up to 45 sq. m to 72 sq. m. While the blueprints are approved for Deendayal Nagar in Bhabhoriya in which 89 plots will be created for 120 sq. m to 220 sq. m. Along with this other development work were also got approval.
Besides, an amount of Rs 2.60 crore is sanctioned for creating public toilets in six places in the city. Rs 3.96 is also sanctioned for the development of basic things like the sewer line in sector 29 remaining areas. The authority has also got approval for renovation work at the cost of Rs 1.36 crore. While Prithviraj Nagar (PRN) south sewer line will be constructed with an investment of Rs 186 crore.
The Gokul Nagar scheme electrification will be done worth Rs 4 crore which is located in PRN north Kalwara road. Besides, a 1200 sq. m library will also be created. The authority is expecting that the registration process for these four schemes will start very soon.
