Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) is going to announce first MHADA Lottery 2018 in Mumbai. These houses will be allotted under Central Government’s most ambitious scheme Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
According to the information, MHADA Mumbai Lottery 2018 will be announced in June 2018. In this MHADA Lottery 2018. MHADA will give the allotment of 300 houses in Nasik and 248 houses in Aurangabad.
Under this lottery, the size of the houses will be 325 square feet. It will have a 300 square foot interior and a 24-square-foot balcony. The applicants will also get a loan subsidy of 2.67 lakh rupees. Besides, the stamp duty of a house will be only Rs. 1,000.
The Central Government has promised to provide housing for all by 2022, about 19 lakh houses will be constructed in Maharashtra by 2022. The state government of Maharashtra and Nodal agency MHADA is actively working to achieve the target of providing affordable houses in Mumbai.
The first MHADA Lottery 2018 will be announced in June 2018 for the allotment of residential houses under PMAY in Mumbai.
