OSHB: New Pathani Samanta Housing Scheme 2016 at Muktapur Nayaghar

Odisha State Housing Board (OSHB) has launched a new housing scheme for the allotment of 38 residential flats in its Pathani Samanta Housing Scheme at Muktapur Nayaghar.  The new housing scheme is launched for EWS, LIG and MIG categories people under self- financing basis. The registration for the said scheme has been started from 28 March 2016.

The applications are being offered through the offline mode for the registration of these flats. The last date of application form submission is 20 April 2016. The final sale price will be intimated after completion of the scheme and will be payable by allottees and the EMD will be adjusted against sale price. The EWS flats will be sold in complete shape and LIG, MIG simplex house will be sold in core structure along with infrastructure facilities.

Under the scheme, the authority has offered total 38 residential flats in different sizes. About 36 flats are available for EWS category and remaining 2 flats for LIG and MIG Category. The plinth area of EWS flat is about 276 square feet while the super built-up area is 307 square feet at the price of Rs. 4,26,000/- and the provision sale price for LIG and MIG unit is Rs. 7,83,000/- and Rs. 13,05,000/- respectively. The annual income limit for EWS is up to Rs. 1,80,000/- for LIG from Rs. 1,80,000/- to Rs.3,60,000/- and for MIG above Rs. 3,60,001/-

How to Apply for OSHB New Pathani Samanta Housing Scheme 2016:

The interested applicants can purchase the brochure along with the prescribed application form on payment of Rs. 200/- in a cash (non-refundable) from OSHB Head Office, Schivalaya Marg, Bhubaneswar.

The brochure and application form can also be downloaded from the official website of OSHB http://www.oshb.org and the cost the brochure can be paid along with EMD and other dues separately.

If the applicants want to obtain the brochure through the post, they can send their request to the Chief Accounts Office before 18 April 2016 along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 350/- favoring “Orissa Housing Board Fund”, payable at Bhubaneswar.
