PM Awas Yojana Uttar Pradesh – Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the Uttar Pradesh government will provide two room houses for two lakh rupees. This plan is for people with low income. Housing Development Council and Development Authority will be able to build these houses in collaboration with builders on the basis of need. The government has set targets for building houses. Principal Secretary Housing Mukul Singhal gave information in this regard.

He said that under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, houses will be built under Affordable Housing in Partnership. The price of the house will be 4.50 lakh rupees. Under this scheme, one lakh houses will be created for the poor living in urban areas. These apartments will be four stories, each apartment will have two rooms, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and a balcony. At least 250 houses will be built in this scheme. For this 100%, EWS housing can be planned.
The cost of the house being built in the Prime Minister’s housing scheme will be 4.50 lakh rupees. In this, the central government will provide 1.50 lakh and the state government will provide one lakh rupees as grant. Two thousand rupees will be charged from the money that is going to buy. They will also be given a loan. As loans, these houses will be kept as mortgages. Upon receipt of loan payment, the order to sell it will be issued later.

People Will Get Free Housing Units of PM Awas Yojana Uttar Pradesh
Recently, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath introduced the Free Accommodation Scheme 2017 for the people living below the poverty line of Uttar Pradesh. The name of this scheme is Pandit Deen Dayal Free Accommodation Scheme. When BJP became the government in the state, CM Yogi Adityanath had said that he plans to provide a free home for poor homeless people.
