PM Awas Yojana Uttar Pradesh – UPAVP to Construct 4,000 Flats
According to the latest news, the dream of an own house will be completed soon, the Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad is going to construct 4,000 low-cost flats in Lucknow and 20,000 flats across the state under PM Awas Yojana Uttar Pradesh. The price of these four-storey houses will be between 6 and 8 lakh rupees. These houses will be available in two different categories EWLS and LIG houses.
The housing board has also approved the proposal. While the authority will launch the scheme according to the demand on Sultanpur road Rae Bareli road and Hardoi road. For the construction of theses houses, the housing board will spend Rs 1708 crores in this year. The authority has also approved the construction of 480 flats of G- Plus Three Scheme in Sector-13 of Vrindavan Yojana-4, located at Rae Bareli Road.
In addition to the PM Awas Yojana Uttar Pradesh, Awas Vikas Parishad will also create separate housing for the middle class. Whose price will be between 12 to 20 lakh rupees? Significantly, the Housing Board recently gave a presentation to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and said that under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, 20,000 houses would be constructed in the state.
According to housing commissioner Dhiraj Sahu, the houses of the Prime Minister Housing Scheme will be made on the priority basis. Engineers are also directed to use new technology to build houses in low cost. In addition to reducing the cost of houses, some reductions will be made in the area too.
