Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) – Housing For All Chhattisgarh
Chhattisgarh state government has decided to construct about 11 lakh houses under the most ambitious scheme Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) – Housing for All by 2022. Under the scheme, these houses would be constructed for both economical weaker section (EWS) and lower income group (LIG) of the society.
In this scheme, only those people will be able to take the benefit of the scheme who will fulfill the eligibility criteria of PM Awas Yojana – Housing for All Scheme. Besides, the state government will also construct 2.416 more affordable flats in Raipur.
According to the Scheme, the government has targeted to construct about 2 lakh affordable houses in the current financial year under PMAY-Housing for All by 2022. Besides, 2,416 flats will also be constructed under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Raipur. Of these 1,472 will be available for EWS flats and remaining 944 flats will be reserved for LIG category.
