Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana is a new initiative for the younger generation of India. This employment scheme started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is to make every youth of the country financially independent. The main objective of the Prime Minister Skill Development Plan (PMKVY) is to encourage the youth and increase the skill development of today’s unemployed people.

According to our Prime Minister Narendra Modi, “skill India” can build a better India, we can move towards development, so the skill India should be our mission to take the country forward.

In the PMKVY, the term ‘skill’ refers to the training and skill of the industry, to give jobs to each, on the basis of their skill. Apart from this, trained people will be rewarded under PMKVY.The government of India will be run by affiliate training on the basis of their skills in this scheme.

Major components of the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana:

Short Term Training – To provide an opportunity for training, evaluation, and certification for 60 lakhs students.

Special Projects – Facilitating training in special areas and government bodies and companies campus.

Skills & Employment Fair – To ensure comprehensive and successful planning, the training institute will organize skill and employment fair every six months.

Constant Monitoring – The use of technical driving methods is to ensure the use of high standard quality training centers.

Recognition of First Learning – NSQF has aligned the efficiency of 40 million individual.

The time duration for Prime Minister Skills Scheme:

Under the PMKVY – the Government of India has been approved for the year 2016 to 2020.

More than 1 million people will be given employment benefits for that period of PMKVY time.

Allocated budget: Rs 12,000 crore will be spent in the form of allocated budget for the Prime Minister Skill Development Plan (PMKAY) in charge.

Skill Development Ministry and Entrepreneurship (MSDE): The PMKY scheme and under this course (RPL) will be given first learning and then issue certificates, while the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is the implementing agency for this scheme.
