After the launch of DDA Housing Scheme 2017, Delhi Development Authority has decided to hand over the possession letters of the DDA Rohini Housing Scheme 1981 between January and March 2018. The authority is working fast to complete the basic infrastructure of the location.
DDA Housing Scheme 1981 In order to rise the hopes of the residents of the city, Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal has directed the DDA (Delhi Development Authority) to give a final date for the allotment of developed plots to about 14,000 allotees in Rohini under the 1981 housing scheme.
The allotment of plots to the allottees of DDA’s 1981 Rohini Housing Scheme has been again postponed by DDA despite Supreme Court orders. On Wednesday, DDA has published an official notification, this notification states that they needed another year to develop the sectors where the plots were to be allotted to nearly 14,500 people.
Supreme Court orders may give a relief to the allottees of Rohini Residential Scheme 1981. On Tuesday, the Supreme Court has given its final deadline to Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to hand over more than 24,000 developed plots to allottees by July 2016.
Once again DDA has failed to provide the allotment on time to the allottees of DDA’s 1981 Rohini scheme. Many allottees of 1981 Rohini scheme staged a protest at Jantar Mantar on Sunday.
