Delhi Development Authority (DDA) may drop the lock-in period of five years for DDA Housing Scheme 2014 allottees. This news may give the relief of the thousand of allottees who bought flats under 2014 housing scheme.
According to the latest news, the beneficiary of DDA housing schemes 2014 is unhappy with the site location and size of flats. The Urban Development Ministry said that about 8,400 allottees have surrendered their flats under DDA Housing Scheme 2014.
