This is the good time to invest in DDA New Housing Scheme 2017 which launched under the name of DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017. Mostly people want to buy a residential plot or flat under DDA schemes because DDA develops affordable houses than private builders. But this year, the people will have not to wait for a long time.
Once again DDA has introduced its most awaited DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017. This housing scheme is launched after two years of the launch of DDA Housing Scheme 2014. In its previous housing scheme, DDA has offered about 25,000 flats. As per the response DDA had received 20 lakh applications from general public.
After the allotment of these flats, about 11000 flats were returned by the allottees due to the small size, site location, basic infrastructure and etc. In this scheme, DDA had included a five years lock-in period clause, in which an allottee can not sell his flat or plot before five years.
But this year, DDA has offered 12072 residential flats for general public at different locations of Delhi. In this scheme, DDA has added 11000 rejected flats of DDA Hosuing Scheme 2014 which was returned by the allottees. But the good thing is that DDA has removed the five years lock-in period clause in its new “DDA Aawasiya Yojana 2017”.
