Yamuna Authority to Launch Left Out Flat Scheme 2016 in First Week of June
Once again Yamuna Authority is going to launch a left out flat scheme in the first week of June. The flats have been constructed in this scheme and divided into two categories. But this time, after the draw result the allottees will have not to wait for a long time to occupy their flats. With this scheme, the authority will also launch an industrial and institutional plots scheme.
Last time, the Yamuna Authority had launched a flat scheme but after the draw of these flats, some flats are still available for allotment. The authority is planning to launch this scheme in the first week of June. In this scheme, a flat will be available in the size of 29.76 sqm and 54.75 sqm area but the price of flat has not been specified by the authority.
Although in the previous scheme, the flat price was Rs 19 lakh and Rs 11 lakh which is located in Sector-22-D. The good thing is that these flats have pre-constructed and after the draw, the possession of flat will become easy for allottees. In the new scheme, the industrial and institutional plots are available in three hundred square meters to two thousand square meters of land area.
In this scheme, about 339 industrial plots will be included which are located in Sector-29 and 32. Simultaneously in Sector 22-E, Sector 18 and Sector- 20 about 106 institutional plots will be included. Authorities have completed the preparation of the scheme. This probably will be launched in June.
